Lucky Chip prize redemptions may require identity verification, age and location checks, sanctions screening, account review, tax information, and anti-fraud checks. We may delay, limit, reject, reverse, or require additional information for any redemption where verification is incomplete, law restricts the redemption, account activity appears abusive, or an error, exploit, chargeback, or security issue is detected.
Redemption values shown in the wallet are estimates until submitted, verified, and processed. Fees, blockchain network conditions, payment-app limits, processor availability, and eligibility checks may affect timing and availability.
